To fully enjoy your bath you will need 150g of bath milk. So that the milk can be better mixed into the bathwater, dissolve it in a small bowl of warm water first. You can also pour it into a full bathtub, which is just as warm as you would like it to be. Add the milk under a running tap to create light foam. Light a scented candle and enjoy your bath for up to twenty minutes. Rinse yourself lightly in the shower afterwards and wrap up in an especially soft organic cotton towel.
